This course will teach you the basics of meditation so you can start practising straight away. You'll learn how to focus your attention, relax your body and calm your mind.
Meditation is a great way to reduce stress and connect with your inner self. It's also perfect for improving overall health and wellbeing.
No previous experience or knowledge is needed, just an open mind and willingness to learn.

Aromatherapy
4 hour workshop at the Therapy Studio for you to learn about the ancient art of Aromatherapy and how essential oils can promote relaxation, reduce stress and improve general wellbeing.
This lovely relaxed workshop is perfect if you want to know about essential oils and how to incorporate them into your daily life.
Includes a blend of essential oils to take home and a delicious lunch.

Walk with Me
Learn to walk and meditate at the same time. The perfect way to get outside and breathe the air. Walking meditation is slow and deliberate as you focus your attention on sensations that you would normally take for granted, such as your breath; the movement of your feet as they connect with the ground; your head balanced on your neck and shoulders; the sounds of nature around you and everything you can see.
